Conscivo (“Conscivo,” “the Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an online dealership digital presence scanning service operated at conscivo.com. Conscivo is a product of Vetora (vetora.io), which is owned and operated by the Jacobs Family Irrevocable Trust, a private Express Trust Organization sitused in York County, Pennsylvania.
Conscivo is a digital presence scanning service for automotive dealerships. The Service visits publicly-accessible dealership websites and detects the vendor technology in use (website platform, CRM, chat widget, inventory management, analytics, and related categories). Based on detected vendor categories, Conscivo generates a Pulse score from 0 to 100 that reflects the dealership’s digital presence breadth, and compares the dealership to nearby peer dealerships within the same market. Paid subscriptions unlock vendor-level details, named peer comparisons, and quick-win recommendations.
Conscivo is designed for automotive dealerships, dealership groups, and automotive industry vendors. The Service does not facilitate, broker, or participate in any transaction between a dealership and a vendor.
Conscivo operates in honor and in good faith, and we expect every subscriber to do the same. By accessing or using Conscivo, you agree to conduct yourself with honesty, integrity, and good faith in all interactions with the Service, including but not limited to the information you provide and your use of the data we deliver. Any conduct that violates this principle may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use Conscivo. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years old, are a resident of the United States, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.
Conscivo is currently available to users located in the United States only. Access from outside the United States is not authorized at this time.
To access paid Conscivo features, you must create a subscriber account by providing your name, email address, dealership or company affiliation, and payment information. Each subscriber account is individual and may not be shared with any other person or entity. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree that all information you provide to Conscivo is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Subscriber accounts are for individual use only. Sharing of login credentials, account access, or Conscivo data with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
Conscivo offers subscription tiers for individual dealerships, dealership groups, and industry vendors. Dealer tiers are annual-only. The Neighborhood tier is Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($599.00) per year. The Market View tier is Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($999.00) per year. Vendor and group tiers (Territory, State, and National) support monthly billing in addition to annual billing. The Showroom Recalls product, where available, is Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($599.00) per year and is billed annually.
Pricing and tier availability may change from time to time; current pricing is displayed on the pricing page at conscivo.com.
Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase. All amounts are in United States Dollars. Annual subscriptions do not renew automatically unless the customer enables auto-renewal in the Stripe Customer Portal. Monthly subscriptions (where offered) renew each month until cancelled.
Conscivo reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes via email at least thirty (30) days in advance.
All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Conscivo does not collect, store, or have access to your credit or debit card numbers. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service in addition to these Terms of Service.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. There is no blanket guaranteed refund policy for annual tiers. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us using the information in Section 19 and we will review the request in good faith.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. For annual subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless a refund is specifically agreed to in writing. For monthly subscriptions (where applicable), cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the paid period, after which your account will be deactivated.
Conscivo does not offer paid free trials. The free scan feature provides an instant Pulse score and limited preview of report content without requiring payment.
Conscivo scans publicly-accessible dealership websites to detect the vendor technology in use, including website platform, CRM, chat widget, inventory management, analytics, and related categories. Detected vendor categories are used to generate a Pulse score and to compare the dealership to nearby peer dealerships in the same market.
A free scan is available to any visitor who enters a dealership website URL. The free scan returns a Pulse score and a preview of categories detected. Paid subscriptions unlock vendor-level details, named peer comparisons, quick-win recommendations, and, where included, staff and recall data.
Subscribers access their Conscivo reports through a secure, login-protected area at conscivo.com. Reports are generated on demand and re-scanned on a periodic basis.
Where offered, the Showroom Recalls product provides VIN-level open recall data for dealership inventory. Recall data is sourced from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Conscivo does not originate recall determinations and is not a substitute for the dealership’s own OEM recall systems.
Conscivo uses commercially reasonable efforts to identify and report vendor technology deployed on dealership websites. However, Conscivo does not guarantee that every vendor will be detected, or that every detection will be correct. Vendor signatures evolve, and websites change over time. The absence of a detection in a Conscivo report does not mean a vendor is not in use; the presence of a detection does not necessarily mean the vendor is currently active.
Conscivo aggregates information from the scanned dealership website, publicly-published OEM dealer directories, Certificate Transparency logs, and, for the Recalls product only, NHTSA recall campaign data. Conscivo’s specific detection methods and pattern libraries are proprietary and confidential.
Conscivo data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, business advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or engage in any transaction with any vendor. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on Conscivo data.
Conscivo may correct, update, or remove detections at any time as new information becomes available. Conscivo is not obligated to notify subscribers of individual corrections.
By accessing or using Conscivo, you acknowledge and agree to the following restrictions, which are essential to the protection of Conscivo’s proprietary interests and the integrity of the Service:
You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, detection methods, data structures, or underlying technology of Conscivo or any part thereof.
You shall not use any automated means, including but not limited to bots, scrapers, crawlers, or spiders, to access, extract, harvest, or collect data from Conscivo. You shall not compile, aggregate, or mine Conscivo data for the purpose of building, assisting, or contributing to any product, service, or database that competes with or is substantially similar to Conscivo.
All information obtained through Conscivo, including but not limited to detection results, vendor signatures, peer comparisons, Pulse score logic, and Service analytics, is confidential and proprietary to the Jacobs Family Irrevocable Trust. You shall not use any such information for any purpose other than your direct and personal use of the Service as intended. You shall not share, sell, license, distribute, republish, or otherwise disclose Conscivo data to any third party.
You may not redistribute, republish, or share Conscivo data in any format, including but not limited to forwarding reports, sharing screenshots, exporting data for distribution, or incorporating Conscivo data into your own products, reports, or services for distribution to others. Conscivo subscriptions are for individual internal use only.
You acknowledge that Conscivo’s detection methods, signature libraries, data processing pipelines, verification systems, and the proprietary processes by which the Service operates constitute trade secrets and confidential business information of the Jacobs Family Irrevocable Trust. You agree not to disclose, copy, or use any such trade secrets for any purpose other than your authorized use of the Service.
You acknowledge that any violation of this Section 9 may cause irreparable harm to the Jacobs Family Irrevocable Trust for which monetary damages would be inadequate. In addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, the Trust shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief to enforce the provisions of this Section without the necessity of posting a bond.
Subscriber accounts may be in one of the following statuses:
Conscivo may suspend or terminate any subscriber account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for policy violations, your access to Conscivo shall cease immediately. No refund shall be issued for any remaining subscription period. Conscivo reserves the right to pursue any available legal remedies.
Conscivo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice. Conscivo shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
The Service utilizes third-party services including, but not limited to, Stripe (payment processing), SendGrid (transactional email), Railway (hosting infrastructure), Google Maps (location services on the report page, where used), and NHTSA (recall data for the Recalls product). Conscivo is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party service providers. Outages, errors, or changes by third-party providers are beyond Conscivo’s control and shall not constitute a breach of these Terms of Service.
The Conscivo name, logo, website design, software, code, databases, detection libraries, compiled data, and all proprietary content are the exclusive property of the Jacobs Family Irrevocable Trust. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Jacobs Family Irrevocable Trust, its Trustee, Beneficiaries, agents, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Conscivo, regardless of the theory of liability.
The total liability of the Jacobs Family Irrevocable Trust, its Trustee, Beneficiaries, agents, and representatives, arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of Conscivo, shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Conscivo in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The property and funds of the Jacobs Family Irrevocable Trust only are liable under these Terms of Service. The individual Trustee, Beneficiaries, and their heirs, successors, and assigns are not personally liable for any obligations arising under these Terms of Service or from the operation of Conscivo. You agree not to seek any personal judgment or claim against any individual Trustee, Beneficiary, agent, or representative of the Trust.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Conscivo disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Conscivo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Conscivo does not warrant that the detections or reports provided will be accurate, complete, or current. Conscivo will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but makes no guarantee of uptime or performance.
Conscivo is an independent digital presence scanning service. Conscivo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any automotive vendor, website platform, CRM provider, chat provider, analytics provider, dealer group, dealership, automotive manufacturer, or any other entity referenced in Conscivo data. References to vendor names, product names, dealer group names, or dealership names reflect publicly available information detected on dealership websites and do not imply any business relationship, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement. Conscivo does not facilitate, broker, or participate in transactions between dealerships and vendors.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Jacobs Family Irrevocable Trust, its Trustee, Beneficiaries, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of Conscivo; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; (d) any decisions or actions you take based on Conscivo data; or (e) your redistribution or unauthorized use of Conscivo data.
Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to first contact Conscivo in writing and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes involving amounts of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or less, provided the claim falls within the jurisdiction of the applicable small claims or magisterial district court.
For all disputes exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) that are not resolved informally, you and Conscivo agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in York County, Pennsylvania. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Conscivo agree that all disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Your use of Conscivo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is a separate document available on the Service. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information. By using Conscivo, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Conscivo reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on the Service with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Conscivo after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Jacobs Family Irrevocable Trust regarding your use of Conscivo and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Conscivo to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it at a later time.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without prior written consent of the Trust. The Trust may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service without your consent.
